Perfect Timing

I've been sitting on the floor listening to the TV as I crochet an old-fashioned rag-rug; I decided to turn the channel finding the Olympic Trials...just in time to watch the 400m-- my favorite race. Sanya Richards just won and I believe she broke 50. But now my HERO is up: Jeremy Wariner! Awesome!
