My brother was hunting for some freezer meat and got some within an hour. I got rid of his hunter-orange hat. He didn't even need to spend time in the icy cold, putting up a stand, scouting, waiting and wasting gas-yea!

Tiny Watercolors....

that I painted on the same page, so I 'separated' them in PhotoShop. Working on scattering tiny pictures for the 'text' side of the book, like some 'dirty dirt', a 'well', ABC's, 'pie in the sky', etc. The middle donkey here is my least favorite of 3 on 1 page... Don't know about the hot air balloon little pic--it might be for the bird that didn't like to fly. in the sky. ?!

but I should of found a less fuzzy pic of those cherubs to steal.

(So I had to add some noise and blur to help him out!)

I downloaded fonts again from dafont.com--great place. I occasionally 'lose' them and have to find ones I like. This monkey dollhead is from a couple years ago--I never got around to creating a body--I guess I could of PhotoChopt one in. I did make the stamp design in the background!

New Baby!

I'm a grandmama at last! Little McGillicuddy/Stephen/"E" is finally here! February 25th at 2:22am--7lbs 10oz; 20" long--Bailey had called me at 2:22 our time and he was born 3 hours later.
Now I give you.....(drum roll....ta dah!) EMERY DRAKE CLAY!

Happy Birthday to Furr-Guy!

Its hard to believe, but Fergus the puppy just had his first birthday. Holy Cow! I just love these pictures!
Just looking at him makes me recall "Clifford the Big Red Dog" from my kid's kindergarten classes. No longer can he sit in Sandy's lap!
He is enjoyable and a lot of fun to babysit after you get him calmed down a wee bit first.
He likes to go for walks too, but I'm assuming he must still be scared of cattle--take a look at Barry's black eye when Fergus turned tail and ran into him!
