I used the lovely toadstools from biltongmakers.com and will take it down if you want...

Rylan on a Toadstool
While Sarah was busy updating pics on her facebook, I couldn't resist plucking Rylan out of one and putting him in a more warm and fairy-like background--lots of snow in their area! Here he is, 10 1/2 months and smiling his endearing little smile!

Before and After PhotoShop
When Bailey sent me this pic of Emery examining the 'teeth' of this plastic lizard, I decided I hadn't played in PhotoShop for a quite some time....the background pics are from McBryde garden--one of the luscious yellow flowering trees that we'd parked under and the weird Dr. Suess-like tree with tiny pink poofs that hung suspended from yard-long streamers.
The lady bug represents Emery's 3rd Birthday cake of choice...I call this pic "The Aphid Eater"....because he knows what all of his plastic insects eat (as seen on Sandy's video!)...and serves them breakfast. And if there are any doubts at all, he demands entomology information from Google!
(Been racking my brain to recall that cement--it's the Mall w/ Salt Pond Gelato, right?!)

Computer Graphics Sports Posters, Wamego
So much fun! Marc Stratton has taken many great pictures of our local high school students, and while I am not a good photography, I do love to experiment in PhotoShop--these are some collaborative efforts for Wamego Football, Wamego Football Seniors, and Fall Sports Seniors (basketball/wrestling). None of these image are in a finalized stage here--there are some finishing touches left....
Visit Marc's Facebook page to see more: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Stratton-Photography/194090373985801?ref=ts&fref=ts
I've really enjoyed seeing some of these up around town--GO RAIDERS!

Dall Sheep in Alaska
Not quite done with this one's fur yet--he took quite a tumble. Cleaning him up via PhotoShop plus a little surgery and rock scrubbing! I think you can right click and view the image...larger, but you may not want to.

Tegan and Sarah's Baby is Born!
I
haven't written in quite a while, but the news is...Teg and Sarah's
baby was early, born on April 13..Rylan Parker..6lbs 15oz....after hours and hours of labor, and a
c-section! Whew, glad it is over for them and what a cute little
peanut. So far, he's a good lad, not too fussy and easy to calm down if
he does let out a cry. Luckily for him, mommy is watching him during the
days, because budgetary issues cost many teachers their jobs (big GRRR from me);unlucky for the adults when it wrecks havoc on the budget. But they are amazing with Thrift Store finds, Craig's List, and couponing. A brand new, $70.00 pack of diaper cover thingies was found for $8.00--wow! Sarah even made Rylan's little onsie and Tegan has plans for a home-made pvc pipe fun tent! This grammie is so glad she got to cuddle a new baby... smile.
